Check these links RRS: http://reallyrightstuff.com/flash/04.html or Newton: http://www.newtoncamerabrackets.com/default-old1.htm
Another option... I used to use Stroboframe brackets, but have since started to use Custom Brackets

One feature I like, besides the sturdier build, is the option to add a 'dumb' hotshoe. With the 1DMkIV, 5DMkII and 7D its perfect for allowing not only a flash mount, but gives the option of a second hotshoe to mount a stereo mic in case you want to quickly switch from still flash to video with external mic.
I have the Digital Pro-E, which rotated the camera (even a 1D series...), the CB Folding T (handy for putting in a bag), and the CB Junior. The 'dumb' hotshoe is the MC accessory. I am VERY pleased with the quality of their products. While the Stroboframe units have been good (Press-T, Pro-T, an older camera rotating one for the 1D series which is no longer sold, and especially fond of the VH2000 for a compact adjustable unit) I perfer the construct of the custom bracket units. From the number of frames I have you can see I always use them and vary based upon job, camera and situation.
I usually use either the Pro-E or the CB folding T.

I'm very fond of the Really Right Stuff WPF-1 bracket because it keeps your Speedlite on top regardless of whether you are shooting the camera horizontal or vertical. It also keeps your Speedlite oriented with the frame of your camera so that the light pattern is maximized. The fact that it does both at the same time is marvel of engineering as far as I am concerned. I own many RRS products. All are exceptional in build quality. Expensive, but worth it.

LIDLIPS: Lessons I Didn't Learn In Photo School
Thanks, all. Very helpful. This forum will be great!
Just a word from Walmart department. The RRS equipment is great and it is priced accordingly. The Stroboframe Press-T does the same thing--keeps the flash above the lens and with the flash oriented same as the sensor--for considerably less money. With the RRS you have to also buy the L bracket, which fits the camera you buy it for only, and it commits you to that QR tripod head system. New camera, new L bracket. If you can afford it, it's worth it, but the Press-T works just as well. Only drawback to the Press-T is that it is big and clumsy to store and carry. It has three dimensions all the time, making it impossible, or nearly so, to put in a camera bag.
At the other end of the spectrum you have the Newton brackets. I really like that the Newton bracket is small and easy to store and carry with no other brackets required. But, in the vertical position, you lose the flash/sensor orientation match, and that seems like a kind of drawback, although not so much so on a crop camera like the 7D. On a FF, you could have a fall-off issue. I do like the compact and lightweight aspects of the Newton, though, especially now that I'm trying to carry less unnecessary gear. No more grips for me, either. Plain 5D2 and a Newton make a nice small package, and less conspicuous, too.
I've used RRS and Stroboframe, and some I can't remember the name of. I changed brackets 4 times before I got the Custom Brackets QRS-35. The good: Sweet, smooth, effortless rotation, excellent build quality. Nothing "falls off" like, you know, your camera or your flash. The not so good: Big, a little heavy, not inconspicuous. When you roll up to a gig with one of these bad boys, folks know you are THE photgrapher. I reccommend a quick release plate for easy on/off camera mounting because in can be a bit awkward without it.
Custom Brackets CB Folding-T Tall Camera
Will be the bracket for me very soon. I have looked at them all for some time now.
The better offerings From Custom Brackets / RRS / Newton / StroboFrame - were always around 200+
Features needed:
1) Keep the flash above the lens in landscape or portrait.
2) Fold up to stow-away in the camera bag would be a big plus!
3) around $100 (hard to justify more for casual use)
At $105 Canadian, I am about to buy this. I do not think I would be able to find anything better for the same or less.
Hope this helps.
